Open Positions

The Business Development Associate is responsible for both assisting in and directly identifying, developing, organizing and managing current and new investor relationships primarily for the GBX Historic Investment fund but also for other strategies that align with long-term business growth strategies. This includes fostering relationships with CPA firms, law firms, investment advisors, family offices and high-income individuals.
The Docket Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of legal documents, court filings, and other important information related to our organization's tax and legal matters. In addition, this individual will provide administrative support to our organization’s Tax team.
The General Counsel - Real Estate will be responsible for providing legal strategy, direction, support and advice to GBX Group and will assist in the management of the Legal team, including, but not limited to, supervising one or more attorneys and paralegals. This role will manage the legal aspects of real estate transactions, development and asset management.
The Real Estate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to GBX Group LLC. This role will support the attorneys in the Legal group and the company in general by doing research, analysis, drafting and negotiation to support the company’s real estate transactions and related business operations.
GBX Group is seeking a Staff Accountant with strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles. The Staff Accountant will be responsible with providing company and management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts and preparing accounts reconciliations. Additionally, this role will have an active role in preparing internal financial statements for the core companies, funds, properties and holding companies.
The Tax Data Analyst will work with the Silverlode Location Based Incentives team and be responsible for researching tax credits, completing various state tax credit pre-applications and applications, calculating various state tax credits, and creating targeted web content related to tax credits and incentives.
